Congrats! Card

Hello Bloggie Friends.  Just want to say, "Thank you again for your  prayers and concern for our safety from  Hurricane Iselle.  Though we were without electricity, cable, and internet for a few days and had to toss a couple bags of food items from our refrigerator, we were SO BLESSED AND FORTUNATE to not have any damage to our home or property.  I hope those in the lower Puna area will  have their lives back to normal soon.

Here's a card I made recently for our friend's daughter.

For this card, I used the following:
DP from stash
"Lorelai Leaf" die by Memory Box from Island Scrapbooking
"Baby's Breath" Flower Kit by Cherry Lynn from a sweet bloggie friend
"Cheviot Butterfly" and "Delany Butterfly" dies by Memory Box from Island Scrapbooking
Sentiment by Dandelion Designs
Pearls from Kaiser Crafts
Border punch by EK

Thanks for stopping by and HAVE A SCRAP HAPPY DAY.

Oh this is sweet Karen. I bet she will love it.
Yes so many were spared but for those that weren't it will take some time to get their lives back. xxx

Pretty thank you card, Karen. Really like how you layered the scallop border and butterfly dies for a nice dimensional look!
So relieved to hear that you and your family are okay.

I'm sorry that you had to be without cable, electricity, and internet for a few days. This is never fun. I am glad that everything is back to normal and that your house did not get damaged. The people that live in Puna will continue to be in my prayers. I hope that they will be able to get their lives back soon.

The card that you made for your friend's daughter is very sweet and pretty. I am sure she will love it.
