Sigh, I've been experiencing "techical difficulties" with my post. Thank goodness I was able to import my photos. Anyhoo, I'm having a blast playing with my Sizzix Big Shot and this gift card die is a "charm."
Hooray!!! I finally got to make a new card this evening. Last week I was totally down and out with the worst stomach flu ever. Then spent the weekend playing catch up with good 'ol household chores. Whoopie do. LOL. Since I'm back in tip-top shape, I thought I'd make a happy and cheery card.
This rose was stamped on red cardstock and I added some dimension by shading the petals with a red Copic Marker. During my recent mini shopping spree at JoAnn's, I bought a stack of Premium Prints by Debbie Mumm. It's one of the best I've ever purchased. The prints are colorful and very well coordinated.

Now that the holidays are over I spent about 6 hours today reorganizing my craft area. It was a total disaster area. Yep, as if a Category 5 hurricane passed through. LOL. It sure feels good to have everything back in its place. Watch.....in one week, it'll be a big mess again....can't win. :-)
Happy New Year Everyone! Whew! The past week was extremely busy. My brother and I took our mom to CA for a quicky trip (2 1/2 days) to see her sister and our cousins we hadn't seen in a LONG, LONG time. It was truly a whirlwind AND FUN trip.
For Xmas, I made a bunch of cards for gifts. Here's one of them. You may not be able to see it but I used the Texturz Plate with big dots on the blue paper. I love dots.
