3rd Batch of Coaster Calendars - Yoichi Beating on the Taiko Drum

Hey Peeps!   Hope you all had a fun and relaxing Christmas with family and friends.   Did anyone do some After-Christmas shopping?   I sure did.   I headed to the mall and got some sweet "steal-of-a-deal" at Macy's.  Got a couple of jeans regularly priced at $49.00 but paid $14.99 each at the
Doorbuster price.  Also, a pair of shorts and two blouses at 40% off.  Then went to Island Scrapbooking for more deals.   Cha-ching!!!  Ready for more crafting.

Sharing with you today is another set of coaster calendars I made to enclose with some of Christmas cards.   Yoichi is one of my favorites by Sister Stamps.   I inked him up with Copics, used bamboo design washi paper which I got from Japan (wish I bought more), and grass punch by Martha Stewart.  BTW, the calendars start with December 2013.

And here are 5 of them.....

I'm entering the calendar in the following challenges:
The Squirrel and the Fox - Challenge 60 - Anything Goes
Creative Fingers - Challenge 17 - Anything Goes
Crafts 4 Eternity - Recipe 156 - Something New (Blue Copic)
Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 301 - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by and HAVE A SCRAP HAPPY DAY!

These are so lovely. What great little gifts.

I lived in Japan and I brought Washi paper home with me too. It is so strong and has such great texture.

Thank you for mentioning your "new" item in your post. It makes it so much easier for us. I love that shade of blue.

Thanks for joining us at Crafts 4 Eternity.

Holy Moly, Karen! Just scrolled thru and read all your posts from the last time I visited...Wowee! You certainly were BUSY with all your Christmas cards, coaster calendars, set of card gifts and everything else in between. You really are AMAZING! LOL, I really feel as slow as a snail compared to you! All your cards and projects turned out GREAT, and I'll bet everyone LOVED their handmade treasures from you. I know I did! Thank you for being such a special friend!
