A Birthday Gift for My SUPER-DEAR Friend

My dear friend celebrated her birthday last week and I was so thrilled to make this card purse for her.   The template is actually from a box of cereal bars.  It's just perfect to fit 6 cards and envelopes.  Seeing a big smile on her face was priceless.  In the upcoming days, I'll be posting the cards I made for her.   Three were cards I posted recently and three were made a couple of weeks ago.

For this project, I used:
Scallop and butterfly punch by EK
Lace punch by Martha Stewart from Ben Franklin Crafts
"Chloe Stem" die by Memory Box from Island Scrapbooking
Ribbon by Offray
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Fern Leaf Punch by Punch Bunch
Sentiment die by Quic Kutz
Silver jewelry finding by Sierra Pacific Crafts from Ben Franklin Crafts
Charm with bead - I made my own
Pink pearls - RAK from Leanne
Rounded Tag die set by Sizzix from Ben Franklin Crafts

Here's a close-up of the flowers......

And a close-up of the sentiment and charm.....

And a peek inside....

I'm entering this project in the following challenges:
Five Simple Things - "Inspire Me Fridays 119 - Anything Goes"
As You Like It Challenge - "Favourite Flowers or Trees & Why" - (The Cherry Blossoms are my favourite flower on this project because it's Asian and so am I)
