Hello, hello peeps. Are you ready for the LONG weekend? I sure am.
While blog hopping a few days ago, I hopped onto Danni's blog and read about precious Alana. Today, I'd like to share this card that I made for her as she was recently diagnosed with leukemia. This sweet child is only 9 years old and I hope this card will put a big smile on her face and brighten her day. Won't you please make a card for her too? Please hop onto Donalda's blog for the deets.
For this card I inked up Mimi from the "Mimi's Many Love" set by Penny Black with Copics. Also used DPs from my stash, Labels Eleven by Spellbinder, sun die by Hero Arts, cloud dies by Memory Box, sentiment from Popcorn the Bear "Bunches of Love" set by Crafter's Companion, tag die by Spellbinders, edge punch RAK from my blog friend Dora, grass die by Cuttlebug, and ribbon buttons with shank removed.

OMGoodness, this card is so darned cute! You did a fab job of coloring Mimi up...and I really like the way you coordinated your papers and the stamped image with all the different sized polka dotties...did you make your own dotties on the flower and dress? CUTE! All the little detailing you added to this card really makes it so special! Little Alana will be thrilled to receive such a wonderful heartfelt trasure.
just gorgeous!
Many thanks for joining in the
♥Cute Card Thursday Challenge♥
this week! Debxx
The card that you made using one of the Mimi stamps is very cute. (I forgot to mention that I purchased a new Mimi clear stamp set while I was in Oahu. It just arrived!) I am sure that it will bring a big smile to Alana's face. (It always breaks my heart when I read about kids having a disease.) I will go and look at Danalda's blog to find out information about how I can go about sending Alana a card. My prayers go out to her and her family.

Awww, adorable Karen. I know this will definitely put a smile on her face and make her feel really good.
