Woo-hoo, CHRISTMAS is in the air.  The weather is finally cooling down....WHEW!!!!  In fact, it was quite chilly last night and THAT in itself makes it feel like the holidays are here.   And guess what?   I'm listening to Christmas songs....yup, feeling GOOOOD!!!

Been cranking out my Christmas cards for the past few months.  Here's my first batch of  cards which I kept simple.  This kitty and bird are from the "Christmas Joy" stamp set by Penny Black that I inked up with Copics.    I also used the snow embossing folder by Sizzix, "Stitched Landscapes" die by Poppy Stamps, and laser cut sentiment by and from Island Scrapbooking.  I LOVE this font.

October Card Swap at Island Scrapbooking

Happy Saturday Peeps!   What do you have planned for the weekend?   I had a fab morning going to a garage sale with ALL craft goodies, then a couple of craft fairs, and a bazaar.

Sharing with you today are the cards I made for the October card swap at Island Scrapbooking.  I decided to make a circle card this time with a beach scene.   I inked "Halia" by Sister Stamps with Copics. Then added a bunch of dies:  "Beach Toys" "Stitched Scalloped Circle," and "Puffy Clouds" by Memory Box, sun from "Stitched Sky" by Mama Elephant, "Stitched Landscapes" by Poppy Stamps, and Spellbinder dies.  The sand DP is by Island Paperie.

Thank you Jeni Lui for telling us about the garage sale in your neighborhood.  I made that my first stop this morning before going to the craft fairs and bazaar.  Here's my haul.  Woo-hoo.

Last Post of my Donations for the Craft Fair - Proceeds to the American Cancer Society

Whew!  Here's my last post of things I made to donate for the craft fair which will be this Saturday, Nov. 7.   Can't believe it's the start of craft fair season.  Ohhh, can't wait to shop.  LOL

I love the panda images by Sister Stamps.....SO KAWAI'I (cute)!  Where there's pandas, there's usually bamboo right?  My sweet cuz gave me this tall bamboo stamp by Impression Obsession and I must say, it was perfect for this note pad cover.  I inked Shin-Shin with Copics.

Keeping the Asian theme, I inked Ling Ling with Copic, added "Spring Branch" die by Hero Arts, and DP from my stash.  The "Notes" laser cut is from Island Scrapbooking.   Love it!!!

And finally, here's my last set of small legal pads.    I used "Prim Poppy" by Memory Box, "Delaney Butterfly" and "Cheviot Butterfly" dies by Poppy Stamps.  Also, pearls by Kaiser Crafts, and DP from my stash.

I've still got a whole bunch of other things to share in the next couple of months so I hope you'll pop in.

Oh, plus my blogaversary is coming up in a few weeks.

Thanks so much for stopping by and HAVE A SCRAP HAPPY DAY.

"Don't Forget" Door Hangers and Note Pad/Pen Sets - Donations to the American Cancer Society

Do you often times dash out the door in a rush then late remember you forgot something?  If so, then this would be a perfect last minute reminder.  I found these foam door hangers at House Mart Ben Franklin Crafts a while ago and added Post It Note Pads to jot reminders/notes.  The center of the sunflowers says, "Don't Forget."  Also added a Hello Kitty charm to the ribbon for some cuteness.

These will be donated to the craft fair this Saturday with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.

Also made some decorated note pads.....

And decorated steno pads......

Thanks for stopping by.
