Fresh Baked Gingerbread

HELLO, HELLO PEEPS!!!   OMG, it's been months since my last post.  Been majorly MIA.  Well, for good reason though.  Hubby and I are happily babysitting our precious grandson and have projects we're working on.  Sharing today, is my first  of 4 cards.  No calendars this year though.  Time was tight.

Happy 1st Birthday to Tyler

In celebration of our grandson's 1st birthday, I wanted to created a special and meaningful card or him.  The bamboo represents strength, resilience and longevity.  The turtles for good fortune and long life.  His kimono is colored red for peace and prosperity.  On the inside, I included a crane representing good fortune and loyalty along with a special handwritten message.  Happy Birthday Tyler!
